I will not draw characters that are under 18. You must credit me for my art. Please contact me if you use my work for commercial use. Do not resell my work. I am allowed to refuse anyone. I will verify your age for NSFW artwork. I may use your artwork in any way. Unless specified, you may only use commissioned work for personal use.While I am happy to work with my clients to make their commission fit their vision to the best of my ability, I do not allow significant/major changes between provided steps of the commission (example, you approved the sketch but at the flat phase which is two steps after the sketch, you decide you want the entire outfit tweaked and all of the accessories altered, another example is the flats are approved but in the rendering phase, you decide you want all the colors changed.) I will use your provided references, descriptions, etc. I will always show progress steps between each major step of the drawing (rough, sketch, lines, flat, rendered, background, finished.) Significant changes that go beyond the approved steps will be charged at my discretion. Changes that go significantly beyond the provided references will be charged at my discretion. In addition, work that's done without a reference sheet or a thorough description will be treated as custom work and will be upcharged at my discretion.Rudeness is not tolerated. Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive may result in blacklisting.I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it. I can only draw at my own ability. Please do not commission me if you do not like my artwork. In the absence of feedback from the customer, any changes to the final piece will be subject to a fee. I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.For adopts, you may redesign the characters to your liking but you must credit me as the original creator. You may do whatever you like with the character, but for commercial use, please contact me. You may not resell the adopt for more than you initially paid for it.With all commissioned work, you must credit me as the author. Please link this Carrd as the crediting. You may not alter, change, edit, or trace my work.You must pay in full before I start your commission to secure a slot. If I do not finish the commission in a timely manner, you may request a refund. I take only PayPal (USD). PayPal converts currency. I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.I am not responsible for payment issues on your end. I will not start a commission until I am properly paid in full. You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.Commissions can take anywhere from a few days to two months depending on how busy I am. I will always provide a rough turn over time. This time may change if life events happen, but I will always contact you. If you fail to reach back to me after I've made many attempts to reach you, I will move you to the bottom of my commissions list so I can work on other customers.Commissions are priced per character.If you use AI technology (machine learning, or any derived technologies) to alter any of my work purchased or not at or in any of its stages, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the additional fee per. artwork and begin the legal process to do so. If you plan on using AI technology for my artwork in advance, please discuss it with me so we can work out the exact fees added.
